I purchased for a child of mine who has trouble focusing. As a single mother of several children, I was tired of going through the process to get a new doctor to prescribe my child meds after moving to a new city. The facility would constantly reschedule and cancel appointments, other facilities wanted a lot to be completed before scheduling an appointment. Appointments were always months away so eventually she ran out of meds. My frustration led to me doing research and wanting to try a more natural remedy instead of controlled substances. I came across Focus Factor and was happy I did. I took some myself, to understand how my child would feel and see how it would affect me as an adult. Considering it's for kid's I took more than one at a time. It did not last long, and I was focused while studying. To give you an idea of the amount of time it lasts, my child takes focus factor right before getting on the bus at 7am and school lets out at 3:15pm.
